complete residential transformations, we turn underutilized spaces into exceptional homes designed for today’s market.
Our primary work centers on purchasing residential properties and taking them through extensive, often studs-up
renovations. That can mean rethinking layouts, rebuilding interiors, upgrading major systems, refining architectural
details, and delivering a cohesive, high-end finished product. From the first evaluation to the final details, our focus is
on disciplined execution and a transformation that makes sense both visually and financially.
We also bring that same construction expertise to select homeowner renovation projects, from kitchens and bathrooms
to flooring, roofing, and larger improvements. Whether we are developing one of our own investment properties or
renovating for a client, we approach the work with care, accountability, and attention to the finished result.
Victor Osemwegie | Founder
Victor is the founder and driving force behind No Limit Construction & Development. With 12 years of experience in construction and home building, he leads the company's approach to identifying properties with potential and overseeing their transformation into exceptional homes. His work centers on the complex execution behind full-scale renovations—from assessing a property's possibilities to coordinating construction and delivering a finished product ready for market.
Alongside his building experience, Victor brings 10 years in data and software analytics. This combination of practical construction knowledge and analytical thinking informs his approach to feasibility, planning, project decisions, and investment opportunities. As a U.S. Army veteran, he also brings a foundation of discipline, accountability, and follow-through to the way he leads projects and partnerships.
His vision for No Limit extends beyond contracting: to build a real estate investment and development company known for recognizing opportunity, executing ambitious transformations, and creating lasting value.
No Limit Construction & Development collaborates with Marcelina Ontiveros of Legacy Designs Real Estate on investment acquisitions, resale strategy,
and high-end design direction. Marcelina contributes real estate market insight and a cohesive design vision, complementing Victor's leadership in construction and development. Together, their distinct companies support projects from acquisition through transformation and resale.
